Events booked 13 days or less prior to the event date, payment is due in full at the time of booking to include damage deposit.

Events booked with less than seven days prior to the event date may be subject to a non-refundable $75 rush fee to cover any expediting and team overtime costs. 

 

Events scheduled for/during weekdays including Fridays, are to be set up after 7 pm, (subject to availability) unless prior arrangements are made and agreed upon.
